And if you’ve been really languishing in a state of negativity and lower frequency for a long time, it takes a lot of effort to move beyond that and move up the energetic frequency scale. Of course, high vibration habits are not a quick fix or a one-time solution. So essentially, a high vibe life, or high vibration living, is nothing but a way to live well so that we are able to access our higher self and go about life with a more positive attitude and abundance mindset. Open any book or article on better living and almost all of these habits would be covered there too. These habits are by no means novel, or unheard of.
